Which Cattani compressor for 3 chairs?
For 3 chairs used at the same time, the Cattani Benelux 2024 catalogue lists the AC 300: « 3 surgeries running simultaneously ». For 4 to 5 chairs, the Cattani AC 400 data sheet states « Suggested for 4-5 dental units ». The final choice depends on the air consumption of your instruments.
How often should the filters of a Cattani compressor be replaced?
According to the Cattani manual for 1-2-3 cylinder oil-free compressors (p. 14): « Dans un environnement propre, un échange des filtres (A) tous les 12 mois est suffisant. » (in a clean environment, replacing the filters (A) every 12 months is sufficient).
How do you disinfect the suction system with Puli-Jet Plus 2.0?
According to the Cattani product sheet, Puli-Jet Plus 2.0 is diluted to 0.8% (bactericidal and fungicidal action) or 1.6% (virucidal action against enveloped viruses), with a contact time of 60 minutes. Always follow the Cattani instructions.
Are Cattani compressors oil-free?
Yes: Cattani AC compressors are oil-free compressors (Cattani manual « Compresseur sans huile à 1-2-3 cylindres »).
