Dentatus Standard Classic reamers RUB-1/6 – assorted 6 long reamers 33 mm (#1–6)
Dentatus Standard Classic reamers are the original reamers of the Dentatus post system. They create a perfect match between the root canal and the shape and size of the corresponding post. They are made in Sweden from high-quality surgical stainless steel.
- Square cross-cut design reflecting the post profile for a perfect seat; straight longitudinal cutting edges scrape the canal walls quickly without apical dragging.
- Size identification by the number of grooves on the shank (1 for the thinnest to 6 for the widest), matching the size number of Dentatus metal posts.
- Two lengths: short 28 mm (RUA) and long 33 mm (RUB); diameters from 1.05 to 1.80 mm.
- Matching posts: Classic Surtex #1–6, Twin Luscent anchors #3–6, Luminex posts.
Use according to Dentatus: standard contra-angle, low speed, not exceeding 10,000 rpm. Start with the thinnest possible reamer and step up size by size to the desired diameter; recommended depth about 1/2 to 2/3 of root length, leaving about 4 mm of gutta-percha apically. Depth is controlled with the red stoppers.
Hygiene: ultrasonic cleaning and autoclaving at 134 °C, or chemical disinfection in 5% chlorhexidine alcohol for 3 minutes. Made in Sweden by Dentatus AB.
This item (RUB-1/6): assortment of 6 long Standard Classic reamers (33 mm), one of each size #1–6 (Ø 1.05–1.80 mm).
