The Frasaco AG-3 is the standard working model of the AG-3 series: a dental model representing a typical natural adult dentition, with upper and lower jaws in stable intercuspation and 32 screw-in teeth made of hard thermosetting plastic.

- Threaded metal back plate for screw fixation or, optionally, magnetic mounting plates in Frasaco phantom heads.
Who is it for? Dental schools, universities of applied sciences, continuing-education centres and students. Frasaco designs the AG-3 for exercises in preventive and conservative dentistry and prosthodontics, with an emphasis on functional occlusion. For dental hygiene training, Frasaco offers the AG-3 H model.
Compatibility and consumables: replacement teeth from the AG-3 Z series, soft gingivae AG-3 WOK (upper) and AG-3 WUK (lower), back plates AG-3 ROK1 and AG-3 RUK1, required when working in a phantom head. The model fits Frasaco phantom heads such as the PK-2. Variants: AG-3 28 (28 teeth) and AG-3 W 20 (gingival contour of a 20-year-old).

What is the difference between AG-3, AG-3 28 and AG-3 W 20?
The AG-3 has 32 teeth. The AG-3 28 is identical with 28 teeth (replacement gingivae AG-3 TWOK 103 and AG-3 TWUK 228). The AG-3 W 20 is an AG-3 with a taller gingival contour, matching a 20-year-old patient.
Can the AG-3 be mounted in a phantom head?
Yes. Its threaded metal back plate allows screw fixation or, optionally, magnetic mounting plates in Frasaco phantom heads. Frasaco states that back plates AG-3 ROK1 and AG-3 RUK1 are required when working in a phantom head.
Can the teeth and gingiva be replaced?
